Shipping policy

At ShoeShape, we aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are:

Sweden: 3–7 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship to Sweden and selected countries within the European Union.

Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or carrier disruptions.
