Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ShoeShape Sweden AB.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, use our services or purchase products from us.

1. Our Products
ShoeShape is a DIY molding kit designed to create a shape based on your own foot for use inside your shoes when they are not being worn.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and other information on our website are accurate.
However, colours, appearance and packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
Results may vary depending on the individual foot, shoe, preparation and use of the product.
Always read and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the ShoeShape kit before use.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, packaging and specifications or discontinue products where permitted by applicable law.
2. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights regarding cancellation before delivery remain unaffected. Swedish consumer law gives consumers the right to cancel an order before delivery, although the business may in some circumstances be entitled to compensation for costs resulting from the cancellation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Applicable taxes are included or displayed as required by applicable law.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or information errors where permitted by applicable law.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Sweden and selected countries within the European Union.
Available shipping destinations, methods and costs are displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are:
Sweden: 3–7 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays and periods of high shipping volume.
If your order is delayed, your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Swedish consumer law provides consumers with remedies when an agreed delivery deadline is missed; if no delivery time has been agreed, a delivery can generally be considered late after 30 days.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
In addition, consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins the day after the consumer receives the goods. This statutory right applies regardless of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Certain exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal may apply under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at andreas.k.englund@icloud.com.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your statutory right to make a complaint about a defective product is separate from our voluntary return policy and statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Product Use and Safety
ShoeShape products must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.
The ShoeShape kit contains materials that are prepared and mixed by the customer. Follow the specified quantities, mixing instructions, curing times, storage instructions and safety information.
Do not intentionally ingest any kit component or use any component for a purpose other than its intended use.
Keep the product and its components stored in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided on the packaging.
If a component arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise appears defective, do not use it and contact us.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from deliberate misuse or use contrary to the supplied instructions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Returns of Used Products
Because the ShoeShape kit contains materials that are consumed during the molding process, returned products should, where applicable, be unused and contain all original components.
However, any restriction on returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy does not remove statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on shoeshape.com, including the ShoeShape name, logo, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, text, product presentation and website content, is owned by or licensed to ShoeShape Sweden AB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission from ShoeShape Sweden AB, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
